Marcus has been playing wheelchair basketball since 1997. He has played for the BORP Bay Cruisers (1997-2004), the University of Arizona (2005-08), and the Golden State Road Warriors (2008-present). In 2004 he won the National Championship (Junior Division). Additionally, he has received the following awards: MVP (2004), 1st team All Tournament (2003, 2002, 2001).
